Service Level 2
Food + $5 Per Person + 20% Delivery and pick up + Tax
Includes white china*, silverware, glassware, glass coffee mugs, and white linen napkins
Service Level 3
Food + $10 to $15 Per Person + Tax
Includes white china*, silverware, glassware, and white linen napkins, bar set up, bartenders and servers to maintain food buffet, clean up, and help guests as needed.
Sit down Dinner Service
Food + $15 to $20 Per Person + Tax
Includes white china*, silverware, glassware, and white linen napkins, bar set up, bartenders and servers to clean up and help guests as needed.
Service is calculated at a ratio of 1 staff for every 25 people or less for buffet service and 1 staff for every 10 to 15 guests with sit down dinner service.
Captains and chefs may be added on buffet, sit down dinner service or on individual situation and/or menu at a ratio of 1 chef for every 50 people and 1 captain for every 100 guests.
The cost of a server/chef is $35 per hour, bartender $35 per hour and captain is $50 per hour with a five hour minimum, including 2 hours to set up and 1 hour to break down.
All service Level 3 listed is calculated without a chef.
* China other than basic white is available on request for an additional charge.
