Buffet Service:

Rentals...……………………………...$_______ EATZ will provide rentals at cost. These can range from $5 to $25 per person. This amount will vary depending on your specific needs. A basic set up of glass, napkin, plates, and utensils usually runs about $5 per person. On the whole, rentals may include tables, chairs, umbrellas, chairs, buffet plate, dessert plate, dessert fork, wine glass, martini glass, champagne glass, coffee mugs, coffee and tea urns, chafing dishes, and linens for guest, food, and drink tables.

Labor…………………………………$_______ Chefs and servers are provided at $35 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours. We need 2 hours to set up and 1 hour to break down. We can help you determine the ideal ratio of staff to guest based on your specific needs. For example, for a cocktail party for 50 people we will need 2 servers and 1 chef.
